Write when no one sees,

write when no one reads,

because one day

those words you wrote

will be the light 

for those that are lost,

will be the drops of hope

for those who have lost it all. 

Dear poet write today

live tomorrow

and be a reference

the day after tomorrow. 

Dear poet you have power 

in your words,

you have sassiness

in your thoughts

you have strength

in your poems,

you have magic

that captivates,

you have tales

to tale,

you have songs 

to sing,

you have a voice

someone needs to hear.
